Buffalo Bill's Wild West Feast, featuring Steve Friesen and the Galloping Gourmet

Join us at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West on August 23rd at 6pm for an unforgettable dinner event based on the meals and menus of Buffalo Bill's Wild West!

Step into Buffalo Bill's dinner tent and taste for yourselves some of the foods he made available to his friends, family, and fans.

This western feast will be followed by a presentation from Steve Friesen, author of Galloping Gourmet: Eating and Drinking with Buffalo Bill. Friesen will offer unique insights into Buffalo Bill's Wild West and the food that fueled the Congress of Rough Riders of the World.

Tickets to this event include a copy of Friesen's book, Galloping Gourmet: Eating and Drinking with Buffalo Bill, a one-of-a-kind dinner curated from the menus of Buffalo Bill himself, and a talk from Steve Friesen on the research and recipes of the Wild West.
