From music and photography to literature and rodeo lore, this live event offers a dynamic lineup of creators who embody the heart of the American West.
Capturing the West brings together four influential Western artists for an exclusive night of storytelling, song, and Western heritage:
J.B. Jake Zielke- a 2X Spur Award winning author of "The Lost Cowboy" will share stories, challenges, and culture shocks of cowboying on 6 continents before the age of 30.
Christopher "Click" Thompson - 3X National Finals Rodeo Photographer of the Year, Click will reveal the grit and glory behind his distinctive rodeo shots and how he transformed into a nationally recognized rodeo photographer.
Kalyn Beasley - Cody, Wyoming's own award-winning singer/songwriter will share the stories behind his passion for Western history and songwriting, and treat us to a performance of his music.
Toby Tooke - Rodeo historian and great-grandson of rodeo pioneer Earl Chandler "Feek" Tooke will offer a rare inside look at the legendary Tooke bucking horse bloodlines.
Tickets for this evening's program include custom charcuterie, cowboy desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages of lemonade, coffee, and water. There will be a cash bar.
